Happy New Year! And long time, no read. My apologies for not blogging in what feels like two forevers, but it’s been a roller coaster this year. Lots of ups and downs and things that have thrown me THRU loops. More than likely, it would have been therapeutic to blog during said time of tumult, but alas, I chose to take the quiet road. That being said, I’m back on the bloggin’ wagon, and I hope you will join me!

It’s a brand new year. An official do-over, and I, for one, am ready. God is moving. There’s incredible things happening and even more about to happen, and I don’t want to miss out on any of it. To do and be all that God has ordained for me, I need to be healthy inside and out – spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally. That will only happen with His help. I’m so thankful that He’s ready, willing and able to do just that. The hardest thing for me has been allowing Him to do that. I have an incessant need to be in control of everything, and history has proved, I need to move over into the passenger seat in every aspect of my life. I’ve used this analogy before, but I start off by giving God the steering wheel of my life, but as He takes it, I don’t let go. I just hang from it. But, He’s telling me, I can trust Him. I can let go. He loves me, and He will catch me as I do.

I will blog more later, but I wanted to let you know, I’m still here. God is still faithful, and He loves me. And He loves you.
